The team combines training at Colombia’s leading law faculties — Externado, La Sabana, ICESI, Sergio Arboleda — with international experience in Spain and the United States. Every matter is handled by a named lawyer, not an anonymous department.

Senior Associate
Lawyer with over ten years of practice in regulatory strategy, corporate risk management and the protection of business assets. She designs, implements and audits compliance systems — Colombian AML (SAGRILAFT), anti-bribery (PTEE) and data protection — and advises agribusiness and retail companies on international certifications such as RSPO and on Authorised Economic Operator status before the Colombian customs authority.

Associate
Lawyer from Universidad Externado de Colombia with a postgraduate specialisation in Commercial Law and further training in insolvency and corporate intervention. His practice covers civil, commercial, corporate, employment and administrative matters, including enforcement proceedings, conciliation, constitutional actions and acting as legal representative for companies in judicial matters.

Lawyer from Universidad ICESI, graduated with honours, holding a Master in Civil Liability from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She leads the firm’s employment practice and supports tax and corporate matters, including contract drafting, legal opinions and consumer protection litigation before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
